Hi everyone,
More times than I can count, I seem to be the one who gets in my own way more than anyone else. This is most evident when my practice of TRE has gotten sidelined. When I am consistent in dropping down into my body and releasing what has been unhelpfully held there, rhythmic flow gets restored.
How has your TRE practice been? Did the Holiday Season remind you of the benefits of release and restoration, and rest? Or….?
We will be getting together for the first Ubuntu group of the year next week. Will you be able to join us?
